Accomplishments:
- We decided to meet on campus every Friday.
- We arranged a meeting with Prof. Jones.
- We went over new process flow, pointed out challenging parts of the project.
- We looked into software architecture.
- Source code is reviewed.
Problems: No problems.
TO-DO:
- Inspect the source code in detail.
- Research about asp.Net, vb.net, RTCI systems, jquery, bootstrap, C#, MQS
- Start building RTCI intake form.
- Install required software, get familiar.
- Arrange meeting with NYSBDC staff.
- Split work between members.

Accomplishments:
- We met with Prof.Jones and discussed about project details.
- We researched Internet Informations Systems(IIS) features and how it handle web requests.
- Set up IIS.
- Examined IIS manager.

- Detailed research about web-servers and website development with ASP.NET MVC
Week 3

Accomplishments:
- We set up and got familiar with Microsoft Visual Studio.
- Started to develop a Web Application in ASP.NET.
- Realized difference between local IIS and IIS express.
Problems:
- HTML file only accessible when it is shared to every user. Issues with authorization.
TO-DO:
- Meet with Prof.Jones.
- Improve C# and ASP.NET skills

Accomplishments:
- Better understanding in MVC.
- Learned ActionResult tips and helper methods.
- Understanding how routes are designed.
- Learned how to rewrite our URL and transfer data from controller to view.

TO-DO:
- Meet with Prof.Jones this Thursday and discuss about the progress .
- Create database and Asp.Net Entity Framework Database Operations.
- Learn more about Jquery and Client/Server side validation.
- Make research about authentication and authorization operations.
Week 5

- Met with Prof.Jones this Thursday and discuss about the progress.
- Searched about the education softwares.
- Figured out that how the text message and video call should be.
- Searched about Skype for Business Server 2019.

- Decide if we need to use MVC or not for this project.
- Make transition from research to practice.

- Implementing the code by referencing last years SDBC team's documentation.

- We made a plan how to improve project.
- We decided on deliverables until the next meeting.
Problems:
- IIS gives default web site even though we changed it with the new website.
- We will continue to implement on Visual Studio for now.
TO-DO:
- Implement the code for textchat.
- Configure DNS settings.
- Figure out how to do video chat by using Skype for business.
Week 10

Accomplishments:
- To apply real-time textchat, we examined what we can use and found out that ASP.NET Core SignalR.
- Applied a web project that enables to send messages from several tabs on a browser.
- Created a HTML file for textchat page of SBDC website.
Problems:
- Errors related to our HTML and JavaScript code but we fixed them.
- We are not able to use remote desktop connection.
TO-DO:
- Fix remote desktop connection problems.
- Integrate the web project that we created as a prototype with SBDC project goals.
Week 11

Accomplishments:
- Made a search about features of Microsoft SQL Server and how to create database in it.
- Downloaded Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
- Started to create a database that holds informations about clients.
- Started integrate the web project that we created as a prototype with SBDC project goals.
Problems:
- Problem about remote desktop connection continuous.
TO-DO:
- Fix remote desktop connection problems.
- Complete database and connect to project.
Week 12

Accomplishments:
- Created a Microsoft SQL Server and connect it to SignalR project.
- SignalR project is now MVC.
- Found out IIS is working but not very well.
Problems:
- Problem about remote desktop connection continuous.
- IIS is not working efficiently except Prof. Jones' computer.
TO-DO:
- Fix remote desktop connection problems.
- Until then create a project that can be deployed using Prof. Jones' remote connection.
Week 13

Accomplishments:
- Reorganized the HTML file with adding features that is asking more information such as client e-mail address, region and e-mail subject.
- Searched about the problem with IIS and found out that it may caused by IIS cache.
Problems:
- Remote desktop connection problems.
- IIS is not working efficiently except Prof. Jones' computer.
TO-DO:
- Fix remote desktop connection problems.
- Try to clear cache on IIS.
- Meeting with Prof. Jones November 21,Thursday
- Keep developing the project that can be deployed using Prof. Jones' remote connection.

Accomplishments:
- Developed an form as client intake emailer that enables advisor to send email to client .
- Created a client information table which consists of form information entered by the user in the beginning.
- Searched about JavaScript,Bootstrap,CSS and jQuery.
- Analyzed the code we have as default and made a mind map about how we can deploy our HTML file to this code.
Problems:
- Remote desktop connection problems.

- Keep developing to demo of the SBDC website.
- Prepare a presentation for final meeting.
