Greenberg - Projects List

From Fall 2011-Spring 2012 I worked on a few projects, some for my CoRE project and others for fun. I'll add more info in the next few days.

• BingMap for Ace of Spades - A playable virtual model of the Binghamton University campus for the multiplayer game Ace of Spades.
• CoRE promo video - A promotional video for CoRE.
• "OMG South Park!" blog - A tumblr blog for news on my favorite television show, South Park.

Jesse and I created a virtual map of the Binghamton University campus for Ace of Spades using the parking map of the campus and a set of downloadable tools. We debuted it at LANime Spring 2012 for everyone to play.

"OMG South Park!" blog

The blog is located at omgsouthpark.com. I made it in October 2011 in order to review new episodes of South Park for myself and friends, but noticed that other people on Tumblr liked it when I posted news relating to the show, so that's what I decided to focus on. Some technical work: I customized a plain Tumblr theme by adjusting dimensions, making a banner, adding social sharing buttons, improving metadata structure for SEO, and adding a custom javascript "like" button. Some stats: As of May 6th, 2012 the blog has 664 subscribers and received over 37,000 unique visitors and over 60,000 pageviews. It also probably helped me get my first job.
