Vi3Dim

Description: Vi3Dim is a small company located somewhere in Eastern Europe (I suspect) that has a piece of software that allows you to connect a cheap (< $20) web cam to your PC and turn it into a 3D scanner. The software comes as both a free download demo version or the full-up purchase version for $20, which considering what it does is amazingly cheap. To use the software you need a machine that is at least a Core-duo and a high end graphics card

Hardware Requirements: check this web site please http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/high_end_gpus.html
